
Microsoft, proMX and hhpberlin Present Their Shared History of Digital Success at CeBIT 2016
Organized by Deutsche Messe AG, this trade fair for modern technologies doesn’t lose momentum and continues developing together with the digital world around us.
At CeBIT 2016, the concept of digital economy will be driven forward once again. The era of digitalization is in full swing; therefore, because of the increasing amount of technological novelties and beneficial opportunities, many associated side issues and topics for discussion arise. Together with other Microsoft partners and their exceptional customers from all over Germany, the proMX-Team will present the story of the implementation of the combined solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and proRM Business Solution using the example of their long-time client, hhpberlin.
In 2012, the leading Engineering Office for Fire Protection entered into business with proMX GmbH and is still using its support and consulting services. During this time, hhpberlin has undergone radical digital changes and structured all the internal as well as customer related processes inside a single CMR system. At CeBIT 2016, the hhpberlin experts will perform analogous experiments that will vividly illustrate fire behavior and safety regulations. Subsequently, with help of software tools and digital models, a fire will be simulated and analyzed in the Cloud.
Furthermore, within CeBIT 2016, proMX GmbH is going to present its own service oriented solution for fire departments and emergency services agencies, proEF. This application, developed on the CRM platform, enables clear member and device management, control over the processes around deployment documentation and ensures a complete overview of the vehicles, hydrants and other vital equipment including their inspection and repair status.
