proMX wins Interflex as Dynamics 365 customer
Interflex Datensysteme GmbH is among the first companies worldwide using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation. Back in autumn 2015, a year before the release of Dynamics 365, we were able to secure an exclusive presentation of the application for Interflex which convinced the company to become an early adopter of the solution.
Interflex is a developer and producer of hard-and software for security solutions and workforce management and supports customers in finding the right solution, project planning and maintenance. The Stuttgart, Germany based company employs around 500 people and maintains offices in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
The collaboration between proMX and Interflex started during the latter’s search for a new project management solution. We were already in the know about Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation having advised the corporation during its development.
Convinced of the application’s potential
We organized a confidential presentation which convinced Interflex of the application’s potential and led to the company’s decision to use it for its project management and time and expense tracking. It also employs proRM Add-ons which offer additional functionality.
The company, which is part of Allegion group, will also use the Dynamics 365 applications for Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service as well as Portals and Service Desk. This will allow it to manage the entirety of its customer processes in one system – from sales to after sales support.
